Missing basics
Maps difficult to navigate. No satellite views. Missing basic information important to camping such as fireplaces, animals allowed etc etc

I have been a user of the application since last year and since the last update the application is even better! I am delighted to use it on a daily basis

We've just released version 5.4.0, a major stability update that fixes the filter and search bugs introduced in v5 — everything is still there and should now be easy to find. Please update and give it another try. Feedback welcome at info@campermate.com, and if the experience improves, we'd appreciate an updated review.

Good app, but when using the filtering on map many places wont show up randomly, so sometimes you get stuck trying to make them show up

Ever heard of an app downgrade?
Not sure what happened, but the app has just gotten so ridiculously stupid to navigate after the update. Things take forever to load. And the option to sort by self contained vs non self contained seems to be gone?
Also, NONE of the directions to campsites seem to be correct. Is it just me??!

BookIt bookings are not good
I’d never heard of BookIt before booking a site through CamperMate. I accidentally booked two nights at a site they manage bookings for. I tried to cancel before checking in but neither the campsite nor CamperMate/BookIt was helpful and no refund was offered.

New update is TERRIBLE!
It used to be so easy to find what you wanted through the filters. Now the app barely recognises where I am and hardly any of the know amenities show up any more. Disappointing
What have you done
I updated the app and it’s all changed. Hard to use and unclear to find places. I have been using the app for years. Now I will have to try another app

Dissappointed at recent changes
This WAS our favourite app for pet friendly free campsites, but recent changes to the app has made it more cumbersome and frustrating
New update sucks
Why fix something that isn’t broken? Hate having to re-download maps on every trip and the new version is much less user friendly.
Ruined
The latest update has ruined the app. It’s all looks and poor functionality.
Tons of places / campsites have been lost, a lot of campsites directions don’t work, LPG gas’s refill and swap filter has been removed, indications for walk in only access campsites have been removed (so u think every single place is a drive in campsite), many relevant reviews also got lost during the update, the map is slow and buggy, sometimes advanced filters don’t even work.
It’s all looks and no actual better functionality or user experience. “Make the app look better but preform worse” in a nutshell.
