This app is the best app on my phone. It has fixed my organisational skills.
Change Home Location
App works great, no major complaints. In the Travel Guidance section, the home location re-defaults to United States even after changing it to my actual home location (Canada), rendering this feature useless for things like currency calculation and Embassy’s.

I’ve been using TripIt for more than 10 years and I love it. I wouldn’t know what to do without it really. I am often planning more than one trip at a time and it generally places everything in the right spot automatically, and always lets me know if I need to clarify or manually adjust.
Lately we’ve done some longer trips and something that would make planning easier is to be able to search a destination or activity within a trip to save having to page down from the top all the time - like a ‘go to’ Buenos Aires, so I can work on that section of the itinerary.
My other bugbear, which seems a more recent experience, is that every time I navigate away from the app, e.g. to look at Google Maps for a moment, I have to re-select the trip I’m working on and it has to reload the data. It used to hold the current trip while doing that, at least most of the time.
These two changes would make Tripit 5 star for me.

Great App
I absolutely love using this app.
As a Travel Consultant I recommend it to every one of my clients. It’s so easy to use and I love that I can add PDF’s to bookings so everything is in one place.
I always share my TripIt bookings with my emergency contact so that if something u thinkable happens they have access to my insurance info and travel plans.
