Inconsistent experience
In theory the app is game changing, but in practice the way it reads my itineraries is very hit and miss. 50% of the time I need to enter the itinerary manually and it’s not super user friendly. ChatGPT does a better job at capturing the right details if I paste it into the right chat history.
Indispensable App
This app is the most important app on my phone. My wife and I literally have “TripIt” dates where we drink champagne and plan trips in the app. It’s so satisfying to slowly piece it together and then head out on the trip and TripIt stays with us, letting us know if there are any flight delays, etc. it’s just the best thing we have. .

Useless
Not much value in the application if it cannot perform the Outlook sync nor could I get the email forward to work. It worked at one point, but then it updated the application and now neither works

So, I never leave reviews of apps despite reading plenty of reviews. In this one I am making an exception. If you travel a fair amount, then this app is a must. Not only does it keep track of all your trips and travel plans, it makes it so easy to stay organized with reservation numbers and dates/times. For those who are questioning whether to pay for the pro version, it is well worth it and has paid for itself many times over. It keeps track of fluctuations in airfare prices and lets you know if your flight has gone down in price. This is especially helpful with Southwest Airlines, who I mostly fly, who lets you rebook at the cheaper price.

At least 40% of what I send it gets flagged does not in the correct format to put into their system creating more work and confusion.
