App no longer works well
TripIt no longer lifts reservations from my email or shares them with my wife’s phone. Very disappointing!
No longer works
Trip-it used to be great requiring minimal efforts. Now, it is useless. Continues to tell me I have to do things I just did a couple times already. Doesn’t read email, doesn’t process confirmations I forward. It just says I’ve got no plans. Going on trip next week and app is blank. Don’t bother with it, don’t trust it. I don’t have time for this.

Superb
I’ve been a tripping user since 2009 and I would not plan a trip without it. Pay for the pro version it’s worth it. They once found me a refund for a flight that saved me $700.
Terrible App
It doesn’t properly import my itineraries. I tried numerous times to report this to their support and they tell me that the vendor must have changed the format, and that I need to enter each port manually, which is very time consuming. They should not have rolled this product out until it was fully tested and worked properly.

Insane work to not have a calendar view on a schedule planning app
Free Version is Suffice
I was impressed with the free version so when I purchased the pro version, I thought I would get more features and have automated updates and transport suggestions. This has not been the case. I need to manually update the flights and activities as it struggles with activity reservations. Transport options is Google maps which you have to do yourself anyway. Fundamentally I’ve paid for the good of the free version which I can appreciate

First class app, which enables you to keep everything in one place for itinerary and Travel. Seamless and all easily available. I’ve been using TripIt for several years, and every trip I take goes into it. Whether it’s a simple day out or a multi-stop holiday, it keeps everything organised in one place.
I can add train journeys, flights, hotels, airport transfers, restaurants, sporting events, cinema trips, and just about anything else related to my travel. The easiest part is that you simply forward your booking confirmation emails to TripIt’s email address, and it automatically creates and organises your itinerary. If something isn’t recognised, it’s quick and easy to add it manually.
The free version offers an impressive amount of functionality, which is more than enough for my needs. The only thing it doesn’t do is automatically update itinerary changes, such as flight delays or train timetable changes, but I’ve never found that to be an issue because I always check my travel plans before I set off anyway.
For anyone who likes to keep all their travel plans organised in one place, I can’t recommend it highly enough. A well-deserved 5 stars.

Buggy
Consistently loosing email integration. Tells me to reestablish email sync. I see nothing in settings that allows me to do this.
Organization works great
Love how this helps me find every reservation! Use for camping around the USA and Canada. Wish all reservations systems worked the same but can keep it all organized perfectly.

Highly recommend- keep tract of all your trips. Easy to use.
Stop survey pop ups
I’m a paid app user. As a developer you realize I like the app more than $50 in my pocket. If you’re gonna interrupt my CX, I will stop to share my thoughts in 1 star reviews.
Incorrect Flight Time Shown
After inputting my flight information, the original time of 9:15 am becomes 10:15 am. The destination time remains correct. If I click “Edit Details”, the correct time shows there. Other than that, I think the app is great.
Bring back TripIt Pro
I’ve been a user of TripIt for more than 10 years and a subscriber to the Pro version for the past 3 yrs. Since major upgrades to incorporate AI into the app it simple stops working and has become very manual intensive. Would not recommend the application at this time. Give it about 6 months (Dec 26). If the application is still in use then maybe worth considering.

Can’t live without it!
I have been using (and LOVING) TripIt for years. I truly don’t know how anyone travels without it. The ease of being able to pull up ALL my reservation numbers with 2 clicks (no more hunting through email!) is a godsend. I don’t know what I would do without this app!
Great tool
TripIt is a great tool for planning trips and keeps me organised. Easy to add the info and it even adds the full accomodation addresses planned to visit
