Super traveler
App does not always link and pull in reso even with receiving an confirmation email. Had to delete, reload and resend multiple times. Finally had to reach out to customer service. Quick response to solve.
Ok, but glitchy
Been using it for 5 year now and paying for Pro. Overall good. Saved us some headaches with last-min notifications while traveling, so worth it. Some features like family sharing are super glitchy. Some trips get muddled together and you have to manually separate things.

This works will with flights but not just hotel reservations.
Inconvenient
Planned a whole trip just for it to keep adding for my name while I’m on the trip 😭 mind you I don’t have any documents uploaded so my name genuinely doesn’t matter. There’s no documents to check for identity fraud so it just sits there and loads when I want to look at my plans
Reliable Travel Aide
TripIt is my go-to for all travel-related information. It’s easier to access and more informative than airline apps.
Inconsistent experience
In theory the app is game changing, but in practice the way it reads my itineraries is very hit and miss. 50% of the time I need to enter the itinerary manually and it’s not super user friendly. ChatGPT does a better job at capturing the right details if I paste it into the right chat history.
Indispensable App
This app is the most important app on my phone. My wife and I literally have “TripIt” dates where we drink champagne and plan trips in the app. It’s so satisfying to slowly piece it together and then head out on the trip and TripIt stays with us, letting us know if there are any flight delays, etc. it’s just the best thing we have. .

Useless
Not much value in the application if it cannot perform the Outlook sync nor could I get the email forward to work. It worked at one point, but then it updated the application and now neither works

So, I never leave reviews of apps despite reading plenty of reviews. In this one I am making an exception. If you travel a fair amount, then this app is a must. Not only does it keep track of all your trips and travel plans, it makes it so easy to stay organized with reservation numbers and dates/times. For those who are questioning whether to pay for the pro version, it is well worth it and has paid for itself many times over. It keeps track of fluctuations in airfare prices and lets you know if your flight has gone down in price. This is especially helpful with Southwest Airlines, who I mostly fly, who lets you rebook at the cheaper price.

At least 40% of what I send it gets flagged does not in the correct format to put into their system creating more work and confusion.

Essential App
TripIt has been in my top 5 essential apps for many years. I used it for everything from family days out and holidays to week long business trips. There is not better way of organising your trips. It just works.
Great travel scheduling tool
I love TripIt and use it in all my travels. Makes my travel scheduling easy and share with related people. Easy to use and amazingly helpful. My only request to be able to load more pdf documents to each trip like tickets, vouchers etc. thank you.
