Doesn’t work.

Attention moving companies: do not use this app! My moving company requires people to download this app and record each room and share it with them. The app says a video is uploaded, then when you get out of the app and go back in, it says upload failed. This happened numerous times. It’s such a headache and adds more stress to moving. My moving company couldn’t see many of my videos that I shared with them through the app. Such a waste of time!

Awful and outdated

Fails to upload videos, black screen when selecting anything, asks nonstop for access to notifications

Very Creepy!

They seem to be recording the call , take video of your house and at no point they ask for your authorization. They just casually throw it in conversation. The app requires you give them access to your microphone, camera and allow them to access it at any time. They call , there is no way for you to contact them. They basically control all the information. The app is really creepy and so it’s their whole system. It’s no wonder why they refuse to use any other platform for their quotes. The whole experience was very uncomfortable!

Waste of my time

Videos is a hit and miss on uploading. At times would say video is uploaded and then when I would go back in the app later they need to be uploaded again.

My Mover icon

When selecting the “My Movers” icon I get just a blank screen with the logo on the top. No options just a open blank screen. In the video I see you can put in the mover info. Also, I thought once I did a share it would keep the shippers info- it didn’t. What up with the My Mover icon???
