Garbage App
The app is so confusing. The old UI was bad the new one is even worse. How do you make something bad when it was already garbage.

Unable to register program
The Select Participants step or function is not working. It does not give me the ability to select a participant to checkout. Major issue, this definitely needs to be resolved.
Buggy
Can't login with face ID. Email to reset password doesn't go through. Home court was incorrect with no way to change. Very poor app in performance and usability
Login doesn’t work
It’s a known issue among users that you randomly cannot login. Ever. For a company that is pushing its customers toward online interface to schedule tennis, their online app is terrible.
New Version Not Working!
You just updated from the ‘orange’ app to the ‘brown’ version for iOS users and reservations don’t work! I have a friend with the old Google app and all is still working. Please roll back version until this is actually functional.
Horrible Updates
The updates to this new version of the app are horrible. The app only does not work. There are several places where you need to click that are useless. I have to hunt for Reservations and then the date is not even visible until the end.
So bad
If this app is made by high schoolers, good on them for trying. The interface is so clunky and not thought out at all. Please get a new dev team.
Not working after the update
The app has become useless after the latest update. It used to work flawlessly before. Please fix it.
App has gotten worse
This app was decent but now I can’t schedule a court. So frustrating.
Bad interface and now I can’t log in
Something must have happened with a new update when I was out of town because I don’t remember if malfunctioning before. The app has picked a home court for me that is incorrect and I’m unable to correct it. And now it won’t allow me to log in and won’t even let me reset my password. This is really aggravating as I play tennis frequently, so the app is important to me.

Can’t book courts after app update
Old version of app was working well. New update came in 5/20 is messed up big time. Testing wasn’t done properly/at all. It won’t show courts that are available.seems like even if you change filters it’s not taking those inputs but has its own.
Latest update has made the app useless
No ability to set the closest location to me as the default and I have lost the ability to reserve a pickleball court at that location. Prior to this update, it was easy and worked but now it is useless and I have to go book through the web portal (which also isn’t straightforward)
This app deserves negative star. There is no security for your personal and credit card information
Random people added to my profile and charged my card for their private lessons without any notification. Make you wonder what access level they give their staffs. Save yourself and report this app/company.
Worst app
The search button doesn’t work for pickleball reservations. What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t even work??? It’s awful. I’m so confused why the company doesn’t fix it.

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. Forget it remembering your new password. It will just keep telling you to reset it each time.
Losing Business
I am unable to make any reservations on this app now. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling this app to no avail. I don’t feel like calling to reserve a court. Will play elsewhere.
