Its a hectic process for a person who wants to help. 10 people will call you for same reason without solving it. You can ask friends to donate you directly. Dont fall for their trap
Bothered to sell their products
Do expect they will help you anyways. They are only bothered to sell their tied up products more and ask you to circulate among your friends and family which you can do it by yourself rather than having them in middle and make them eat commission 9.44% which is waste as you’re doing all the hard work. Trust me you’ll regret.

Government office’s works faster than Impact Guru
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support I have experienced. Although a WhatsApp group was created for coordination, there has been no meaningful interaction. I have had to request assistance repeatedly, yet my messages remain unanswered.
Furthermore, the campaign verification process took 2–3 weeks, which delayed the launch and directly caused me to miss out on crucial funding opportunities. To make matters worse, the funds that are currently in the account have been inaccessible for over a week, despite my multiple attempts to reach out.
This prolonged delay, lack of responsiveness, and overall unprofessional handling of my case are unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve both the withdrawal issue and the communication gap.

Beware of Impact Guru – Misleading and Exploitative Fundraising Platform!
I want to share my painful experience with Impact Guru so others can be warned. My brother was hospitalized and we were in urgent need of financial help. I got a call from Impact Guru, where they claimed they would help us raise funds for his treatment.
They collected all our private details — his medical reports, photos, and personal information — saying they needed them to create an “emotional story” to help raise funds.
But after the campaign was posted, they pressured us to deposit ₹25,000–30,000, saying it was a part of a self-donation to build credibility and that they would promote the story only after we paid. They claimed this amount would be returned to us, minus a 10% platform deduction. It felt like a trap — and it was.
No donations were generated from their end, no promotion was done, and there was zero support. They are clearly preying on vulnerable people in desperate situations. It’s heartbreaking that platforms like this are taking advantage of families in distress.

• Do not believe claims of guaranteed promotions or donations.
• Read real user reviews and ask for full transparency before proceeding.

Very difficult to actually get money
One can start a campaign and get donations through personal contacts and circulation but it is very difficult to get the money when you are in need. They don’t reimburse any previous bills and in case the patient dies, they keep the money or transfer to someone else despite you showing previous bills. They take advantage of a situation where the deceased’s family is not in right mind (due to death of a near one ) and get you to sign consent on such diversion of money. There is zero empathy or sensitivity. You have to be very very careful to get all your money back to your account from their virtual account. Otherwise, they would scam you.

Great app and totally supportive organisation
Impact guru helped us in raising funds for the treatment of our family member suffering through critical cardiac problem. Especially Chris, one of the POC in our case from Impact Guru, helped in smooth transition right from the beginning till withdrawal of the funds in timely manner.

We rised funds using in our friends circle and family circle. These guys say 0% charges but they will charge 3% and another 3% for payment gate way. And total of 8% will be deducted from what we raised. And i approached them to at least reduce there charges but they did not respond. I suggest you just rise funds in your personal account or any of you friends current account. These guys are biggest frauds. They just use people who are in pain to make money.

Useless,pathetic,bogus and scam
Fundraiser was raised for my nani’s treatment but there was zero help from these people’s end. In fact, they have the audacity to ask you that are you busy with your grandmother’s treatment when you answer their call and say you’re busy. These vultures have no limits to it, firstly no help is provided during the campaign to raise the fund you’re on your own and they follow up with you as if they are your managers asking the status about the campaign. Are you guys for real? Sadly my grandma passed away and I needed to close the campaign , withdraw the money. Gosh,the process is horrible to get the money raised, they require all sorts of proof “we need a document of proof of relationship “????? We need proof of death document and the list goes on!!!!!!!! Why the hell will be raise a fake campaign!!!! These guys are thieves and scammers!!!! Be aware guys!!!
