Love the app
I really like that you can scan the bar code of any food and it will appear for you to put the serving that you are consuming. I really like the exercise that they have your have a choice to do the exercise at home or gym and one thing that I really like is that you can set up a call with your coach when you need a little of support or have a question the same with the chat group. Oh and another think is that the set you up for 6 week with the exercise you need the calories you need to consume each day and the water that you need for the day. They also give you a list of the things you need to buy for the week. Really enjoy this app so far.
