Paid members get ads , can’t reach support team

Useless app
App developers are interested in money making only with ads. Points earned are useless because not many products in the store and you have to pay money for the merchandise even after redeeming points. You get the goods much cheaper in the market. I have been with this app for more than 2 years. I found it totally useless.

Team needs to provide better support.
I have been using this app since Aug-Sept 2021. Initially everything worked okay, daily streaks, consolidation of earlier workouts and donation. But ever since last year or two performance has dropped down. Frequent crash down of app in middle of workout, streak not getting counted and added at all, donation amount on steps cut to half (which seriously demotivating), and after the crash quiet often losing of entire previous history of donation and steps starting all over again. All these being pointed out repeatedly to core team yet problem still persists. Very disappointing… i think the core thought of health and kindness has had a shift to income earning now, with all the ads and promoting Impact Pro - The paid version of app!!!!!

I used this app for four years with full satisfaction. Suddenly in May 2024, the conversation rate has been slashed to half with horrible advertising unless PRO is opted. Yes, I am ready for PRO willing to pay full term amount at one go by net banking but website is not geared up for net banking. Only UPI or credit card of limited banks acceptable. I’m in USA at present so can’t generate UPI or get credit card from acceptable banks. Impact team is least bothered to reply properly. Feeling like writing to donors for intervention.
5 months on yet no improvement on PRO payments by net banking. Least bothered to respond even. I have given one star while you deserve zero star.

My experience
Good experience and I’m also donating for a social / sustainable side. I always wanted to do some thing specific and am able to do with impact. This is an amazing way to keep ourself fit and also think consciously on various aspects of social and physical health.

Ads are ruining the experience
I have used this app on and off for a few years. I have loved the ease of tracking steps and workouts that my company turns into a donation but the current version presents an advertisement before I can donate steps. Having to watch an ad before donating steps has ruined the altruistic nature of the app. There is no benefit for the user nor the charities that I can see.

When I open the app it says upgrade required and shows the icon for AppStore. When I click it nothing happens and I can’t upgrade

The most app update after update and now the app stopped asking to always update even when its latest!
