The app restricted withdrawals even after I made the wagering requirements for their promo ( you can check a tracker on the app). When I asked about this , their AI chat simply said it was a glitch. After a week … still couldn’t take my money out . No real person to talk to. Also Not many games to play and the ones that worked kept kicking me out

One big GLITCH
I deposited and won but the app won’t let me withdrawal. I kept playing and wanted to deposit more, app crashed over and over. Worst casino app I’ve ever used!
Big Payout Terrible Platform
Casino paid me very well but the interface is garbage. Some games have no sound and about 20-30% of the slots don’t work. Definitely took my winnings and ran on this one

False advertising
App Store says the casino offers hundreds of slots. There are literally less than 50. Also, slots freeze and lock up with errors and then they are unplayable. So, their 50 available slots becomes more like 35. This is awesome because if you are locked into their promotional period, you are forced to play slots you don’t like because you will lose your winnings if you opt out of the promotion. This place needs a lot of work.

I won a black jack hand and they didn’t credit the win, took my money and then took 5 days to resolve the issue. The app is extremely buggy.
