Does not work for new iPhone?
I still have the old version of this product—now the app isn’t compatible to my phone. Can you please update?

Doesn’t seem to work with my iPhone 8. The instant lab won’t expose a picture no matter how I reposition the phone. Worked well with all my previous iPhones.

Scanner for 300?
So far enjoying the scanner and seems to work great! However, (and I know the pic300 film isn't an Impossible product, but would love if the scanner could recognize that size, too.

I see the great potential in this app and as someone who is trying to get into photography, and who loves Polaroid, I'd like to do ordering film right from an easy source. I'd love to be able to log in and use the app to its fullest potential. 'Tis sad that this doesn't work.

Be nice if I could actually sign in
I love using this app to crop and save my polaroids to my phone but really I could probably do that without this app. So I figured I'll try the gallery and upload a few of my pics, but I can't sign in with my online information. Why can't I sign in? So what good is this app if you can't post the pictures you've taken to the gallery because it doesn't recognize your login. Impossible your film is so expensive seems like you could afford to fix this issue. I love buying the film, don't us as customer deserve an app that works right?

Never been able to login, so basically this is only partially useful. Cmon people you can fix this.
Nice idea
The ability to scan with my phone and share my photos in the online community really appeals to me, except it won't let me sign in so I can't actually do much. I can sign into the website, so I'm not sure what's going on with the app.

This app doesn't allow for much functionality without logging in. The problem with that is that it doesn't allow me to log in.
Love the film, hate the app
I love the impossible project's film, but the app stinks. I used to be able to purchase film right from the app but lately it just redirects me to the mobile site, which never seems to be working.

Have the camera that is supposed to be able to print pics from your phone - but I've never been able to get their equipment to sync with any phone. Super frustrating. Don't take the chance, it's too expensive for the equipment and the film. I contacted support and they just repeated the same instructions that came on paper when I bought it.

I have an account on impossible project's website, but that's apparently not the same login and there's no option to create a login. Can't really use it for what's it's designed for.

Unable to login to app using website login. Attempting to reset password says parameters missing and incorrect username/pw where attempting to login. Haven't used app yet due to this.
