I wouldn't recommend - go to a local dry cleaner instead
I have been almost using this app for about 4 to 5 years but this grace period has stopped as of today. In the beginning, it was really good and very straightforward - I would send quite a few pieces to them. But over the last three years as I've been sending more pieces or even less, they either send back the WRONG clothes that aren't mind, or generally I'm missing half of my order or specific pieces. As a customer it can give a lot of anxiety or realize there is no basic trust with a business that should be straight forward to know whether your clothes come back or not. Especially if your clothes are going to be expensive and they need to be dry clean. I've also had pieces where they are not properly cleaned anymore over the last three years or the waistband of some of my clothes are completely stretched out when returned. At this point I would stick to a basic dry cleaner in Hong Kong. These people are not professional and rush the job without realizing what pieces you have. I do not recommend them and it's at your own risk. If you plan to use them do not send any expensive or mid tier brand names, and do not send multiple pieces (send max 1-3 garments max)

Charge for double!
They couldn’t pick up on time and wanna charge for double after picking up your clothes. The worst services ever!
