I wouldn't recommend - go to a local dry cleaner instead
I have been almost using this app for about 4 to 5 years but this grace period has stopped as of today. In the beginning, it was really good and very straightforward - I would send quite a few pieces to them. But over the last three years as I've been sending more pieces or even less, they either send back the WRONG clothes that aren't mind, or generally I'm missing half of my order or specific pieces. As a customer it can give a lot of anxiety or realize there is no basic trust with a business that should be straight forward to know whether your clothes come back or not. Especially if your clothes are going to be expensive and they need to be dry clean. I've also had pieces where they are not properly cleaned anymore over the last three years or the waistband of some of my clothes are completely stretched out when returned. At this point I would stick to a basic dry cleaner in Hong Kong. These people are not professional and rush the job without realizing what pieces you have. I do not recommend them and it's at your own risk. If you plan to use them do not send any expensive or mid tier brand names, and do not send multiple pieces (send max 1-3 garments max)

Charge for double!
They couldn’t pick up on time and wanna charge for double after picking up your clothes. The worst services ever!

Horrendous Experience
If I could give 0 stars I would and would not recommend anyone to use this business. They picked up 4 full bags of my things and I never got my things back. After over a month they offered me a very measly compensation amount which I refused so I could tell everyone about how and they are and to stay away from doing any business with them.

Easy to use app, I placed an order at 9:15 and they arrived to pick up at 10pm! The instant chat within app is very useful and convenient too!

Love this app so much! Super easy to use and convenience! My fav dress got stained by accident. I arrange the pick up and they are available till 2400mid night!!! It saved my day! I'm truly impressed!!!!

Couriers who come to pick up my clothes don't speak English and hang up on me. No reply on instant messenger facility.
Absolute disaster of a company
First time I used them they delivered someone else's laundry to me. Took them the whole day to finding somewhere.
Gave them a second chance. This time someone else's laundry was mixed in with mine. To this day two expensive polo shirts are missing. Never heard from them again.

STAINED MY CLOTHES!! RUINED... WORST SERVICE!
They stained my work shirts and all I asked for was to see if they could remove the stains. They would not even attempt to remove stains from brand new clothing!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Taking too long
Service is good but need to shorten the wash and fold process. 4 days is too long when compare to normal 1-2hr shops. If it could shorten to 24hr to 48 hr would be perfect.
