No longer works with Apple Watch
Disappointed that this no longer works on the Apple Watch. I have to carry my phone around. I agree whole heartedly with the previous reviewer. Please fix this.

Absolute garbage
So many glitches, wont allow access. Terrible app, terrible interface.
Doesn’t work
Any time I try to use this app to login to work apps, it doesn’t sync with anything it’s supposed to. The codes never work and I can’t use it.
Works every time
I have been using Imprivata for about five years now and it works every time for me.
Most hated software and company.

Not working on Apple Watch since most recent update
Seems like a tech issue. The Apple Watch push notification does not work since the newest update. Please fix, Developers!
Update Broke app
I’ve been using this for a couple yrs, with iPhone 14 and now 16 pro and it worked fine until the update. I have to enter the token instead of hitting approve or deny since the last update.
Latest update broken
Unable to access my charting at home now because the most recent update broke the app. Can no longer approve. Can still manually enter token code for controlled substances, but “approve” no longer works.
Works as expected
We use Imprivata daily for multiple employees, never had any issues. As far as watch functionality, I’ve never used it or knew that was a thing with the app. Phone access works great.
Latest update broke it
Approve/Deny selection has disappeared making it harder to log in at my company.
2025.3.0 Fast Access gets disabled
We have had a dozen or so reports of Fast Access feature getting turned off, effectively breaking MFA until it gets turned back on. But it repeatedly happens. Major bug
Approve/deny gone after update 10.6.25
Since update yesterday, I don’t receive approve/deny pop up. I have to find the app and open it to get the token to enter. Can this be fixed?
Push button broken with latest update
I can verify the previous review, push button does not work for deny/approve but 6 digit code works
Push broken
Updated app 10/2/2025. Now push approval will not work. I have to enter the 6 digit code to get access approval. Worked fine prior to update. Fast access is turned on. IOS 18.7.1
Update isn't working
This didn't improve usability. This completely took away my "approve" and "deny" buttons so I have to manually enter the code every single time.

I use this multiple times a day when I work to write controlled substance prescriptions.
One suggestion is to make the approve and deny buttons larger and separated, and color the deny button red and the approve green (include the words or use a check mark and X for those who are red green colorblind).
