Never works when you need it
Once again this morning I cannot forward any pages from last night to doctors because the app is having trouble connecting!

Just awful
Loading messages is SO slow - it’s literally faster to delete and reinstall the app then wait 10 minutes for all my messages to load.

Terrible
I only use this because the hospital mandates it. I’ve had to install and reinstall 6 times in 5 months. Just waiting for a lawsuit to happen when a critical ER page is not sent timely or received reliably.
Unable to log out of roles at work
This version of the app does not allow you to log out of your role at work. You can login but you can’t log out. Frustrating and there doesn’t seem to be a fix.
