Once again this morning I cannot forward any pages from last night to doctors because the app is having trouble connecting!

Just awful
Loading messages is SO slow - it’s literally faster to delete and reinstall the app then wait 10 minutes for all my messages to load.

Terrible
I only use this because the hospital mandates it. I’ve had to install and reinstall 6 times in 5 months. Just waiting for a lawsuit to happen when a critical ER page is not sent timely or received reliably.
Unable to log out of roles at work
This version of the app does not allow you to log out of your role at work. You can login but you can’t log out. Frustrating and there doesn’t seem to be a fix.
Too slow
Loading messages takes WAY too long. It’s literally faster to delete the app and reinstall it then try to get it to load messages from the last week
Watch notifications unreliable
1. In a deliberate and misguided design decision, they have decided that voice calls don’t pass notifications through to your Apple Watch. This means that if you are wearing scrubs and have your phone on silent, you can’t feel the phone vibrate and can’t pick up the call.
2. every few updates, all watch notifications stop working. So effectively you can never keep your phone on silent when working and wearing scrubs.

Unreliable
I wouldn’t use it except that I’m forced to. Fails to load full messages forcing restart to see the complete text, and recently has started just freezing if I receive a longer text.
Intake Specialist
An option to select and reply to a specific message in a thread would be extremely helpful. Replies can get lost due to the sheer volume of back/forth, especially in groups.

Update substandard
The new update has to many glitches, it freezes and I’m required to force close time and time again. Unfortunately I no longer feel that it’s user friendly. Finding a specific chat became a process instead of a simple search and click.

This is a medical app. You would think it would recognize medical words and not autocorrect them. If it’s because of the phone, the app should still recognize these words. Plus there’s no or poor integration with Epic/Haiku. Just slows down efficiency in all aspects.

This app is garbage. It is constantly freezing. It takes forever to update messages. Zero stars, would not recommend
At best a premature app
I wanted to positive comments, but it so often gets frozen in use, not syncing promptly between multiple devices, and after app upgrade, the upgrade process takes up to 1-2 minutes, for which in a busy clinical setting it feels forever.
Call option
Please add a “confirm call” screen or way to disable in app calling so my fat thumb, buttock or left nipple will stop making errant phone calls
The most useless app ever created
It never works. It never logs you out of the role. It’s always hanging. I have to start it multiple times and it still won’t work. I’ve downloaded and updated and deleted and then downloaded again and it never works.
Could be better
The biggest drawback to this app is that you do not get audible notifications if your phone is connected to CarPlay.
