I want to use all the advanced features and I paid for it but the app says I’m not subscribed and when I go to my manage subscriptions page, it says I am subscribed. I have sent feedback, I have changed my email to reflect my Apple email ID, and nothing has worked. Please help.

Updates

Since the latest update this app is amazing because of the transbot feature. I haven't tested it out with a native Chinese person to see how well it works for the speaking option. It I have used it for writing. My only suggestion would be to add the pinyin too with the characters so that we can speak the response back instead of just showing the text.
