Claim submissions don’t work
2/14/19: Every time I try to submit a claim via app, it’s denied. According to Consumer Accounts dept, it’s common. I’m having to email or fax claims, which means it’s longer until I get my $.
Easy and convenient
The app allows for easy submission of claims and able to view previous years information. Also like the contact feature.
