Worst company ever i have seen in my life the deduct rs2000 from my settlement and not showing any statement and reason why they deduct and when I call to customer care and I entered my terminal id it shows invalid terminal id again and again

These people keep money on hold and ask for documents which even they dont have. A very poor and uneducated staff on customer care. And no response for money stuck. False commitment for charges and no proper commitment

This is a fraud company., Please do not purchase this swipe machine. Strongly oppose to everyone. They are always try to make money from customer account in different way - like different type of Value Added Services., Change the usage policy. They never follow their commitment & promises during first installation. Customer care people are very much disgusting people. They never follow your concerned. Last but not the least they will deduct the unwanted charges from your bank account/customer swipe account without your confirmation .

I have used this pos at one merchant and need ro cancel the order merchant refunded the money but no money come to my account merchant shared the refund details but no refund yet scam service provider for POS

In this app total one day sale is not available. Pls give QR and swapping totals in single day means batch wise on day as other banks do

Worst service
Do not get this service in smaller towns. They wont help. They will keep charging unwanted fees and deduct your accounts . Please stay away unless you are a really big account.

Unnecessary they are activating service and deducting our money and then saying to download this useless app. This is worst app ever made, there is no zero star. 5 star are fake reviews
Don’t go for this services
I got swiped machine in October at that time they said one time charge no monthly payment and annual fee and I paid around 2600/- now with in three months they charged annual setup fee and upi ID fee and other charges and they don’t take our permission to activate the service , they simply put a mail that we are activating this service from this date and if you don’t require the service you have to mail that we don’t require you service otherwise they simple charge bill and deduct payment fee from your bank accounts. Customer service is worst at the time of call we cannot here what they’re saying and if we want a speak a RM they call back at Sunday and call immediately three times and if we don’t pick a call they simply said customer is not lifting phone hence case is closed.
