From my own opinion I don’t think your page is suitable for all people. I don’t think you considered people with learning disabilities. The page seems to have a lot things on one page. Also online/ registration would be helpful if you create a password then ask customers to change to their new password

Bit cluttered.
This app is hard to navigate and cluttered.
The main image blends into the buttons making the accessibility hard to see where the buttons are.
Navigating to book a session of squash is not easy.
You could do with some User research and may be worthwhile getting a UX and UI team to collaborate on the design.

Vast improvement
This app is a vast improvement on the old web booking system. Much more user friendly and easy to track your bookings. I have attended classes which have had a waiting list but a number of spaces existed as members had not cancelled their booking. This must be disappointing for those on the waiting list. Perhaps a new app update can alert a no show to remember to cancel if they can’t make it?
