Terrible - App Only Offers a Map of Locations
Its 2023 this app should offer more than just a map of store locations. I able to look up the same information in Google or Apple Maps. Here is a crazy idea - how about we offer customers the ability to pace orders through the app?
No mobile order option?
This is nothing more than a map app, which we already have on our phones. There’s no menu, and there’s no ability to order ahead. The line at In-N-Out is always insufferably long and the wait once you’ve placed your order is twice as bad.
Get with the times and create an app. We can order ahead with. And do not make the mistake. McDonald made. Start the order as soon as we place it, not after we arrive. Whoever did that with the McDonald’s app should be kicked squarely in the stones.

Very lame. It’s basically Google with an in and out logo. don’t waste your time downloading this app and I see you have nothing better to do with your time like the person created the app
Pointless app
All you can do is search for a location, share the location through a txt, or get directions. No menu, no ordering, no prices, nothing. What is the point?!

Why create an app that does the same thing as a Google search. Actually, strike that- on a Google search you at least get a link to click on to see the menu. Why even have this app?
I understand that everything In-n-Out makes is fresh, albeit excruciatingly slow, but is offering someone the menu and the ability to order ahead… will that REALLY sacrifice the quality? Chick-fil-a and Whataburger have nailed the express lunch. How has In-N-Out remained so archaicly behind in their slowness? Step it up!

Great location use app
It does exactly what it says, leads you too your closest location for an epic meal
I just want to order a 🍔
There are two things I want to do with a restaurant app. I want to quickly & easily order my meal and I want to notify the restaurant I’m there.

Google maps already tells you where they’re located. What’s needed is an app where we have a menu to include the secret menu so that we can order and pay for our food with an ETA for pick up.

It’s been so many years since humanity can order food with phone, but not in-n-out.

I suppose In N Out doesn’t need an app if their drive thru’s are backed up. I was going to call a friend to pick something up on the way home but there’s no menu, no anything to look at. I noticed this app was updated a year ago. I guess they just don’t care. Well, neither do I anymore.
