Doesn’t work
I have used this app before and ordered some great clothes, but the app no longer runs. It won’t even load up and I’m very disappointed that one of the few companies that caters towards my height and size at a reasonable price are now almost inaccessible to me!

When I click onto the app it keeps saying 404 not found. I spent an hour looking for clothes and now I can’t access the app

What a scam now.
Used to be a great company with nice clothes. Then the quality drastically went down and now we find out they aren’t paying the creators they collaborated with. They aren’t paying anyone and are acting like nothing is wrong on socials.

Please bring the old app back
The old app was brilliant. The new one doesn’t have all the same catagories and filters don’t work. Also as another comment on her mentioned all previous data was lost.

Shame the app has changed.. lost all my order history, and the filter by size doesn’t work properly - filter on 12-14 and get clothes that only have size 6 available. Shame as the app was really useful.

Updated to new app and lost wishlist.
I had 50 items in wishlist which was keeping an eye on and now the new app doesn’t have this feature. Just a shop. Frustrating to lose that. Functionality is better in searching for items though.
Poor app and company
The app is always crashing, shows different prices to the website and shows discount codes on front page that when I try to use say have expired. (Always have app fully updated)
The company itself, ignore every customer service email, even tried contacting through socials and nothing.
Pull you in with promises of next day delivery….order 6 hours before the cut off and does not come next day. Even paid for the annual next day so that was a waste of money!
The clothes, I usually send about 70% back due to poor fit or it looking nothing like on the website. They are pricey so I always wait for a sale (you can guarantee they slash their prices at some point so probably says a lot about their profit margins)

Not the same items as the website
I have used in the style for years but have now figured out that the app and the website have completely different items available for completely different prices. Really frustrating

Still waiting for clothes I ordered early December. I’ve messaged multiple times and they’ve not arrived. It’s now January.

poor service keep being asked to go on soo to talk to customer service for some people who works full time trying to write on an app is very hard especially when your orde hasn’t turned up but still have to pay poor service only robots on app and when you do finally get someone who promises a form to fill in and then get asked again to go on app again frustrating i’ve lost £98 of goods that i’ve had to pay and unable to continue on the app as i have bo use to sit around and wait .. Poor service no one cares but they continue to celebrate and collaborate with influential people to buy but no back up when things go wrong
