Need help with Bluetooth
I want support I love riding this board but for some reason I can’t connect to it anymore on my phone the whole company is out of business now so I am left with absolutely no help on getting this to work and it’s just sad because I just bought a brand new 200$ battery and it I still can’t ride it 😔

Before they went out of business they were supposed to open the board to 24 mph. They never did. No support
Terrible
The board electrocuted me when I was trying to plug in the battery. No response from the team. Looks like they closed shop and are no longer in business.

Glad to see this company finally taking the plunge that is way over due. Worst $1500 I’ve spent in my life. Have fun flipping burgers losers.

I wish there was a watch app that way you can see speed battery and ride mode overall app is good

It’s awesome to have an option to use This app as alternative to remote. I am grateful for this feature.
Can’t sign in or connect
Non stop errors. I can’t sign in. I can’t reset my password. After signing in with Facebook, the app doesn’t connect to my board. I used it a month ago and everything was fine. Sometime in the last 30 days the app got screwed.
Great board, not so great app.
I love my inboard But i have a few issues with my inboard app:
1) the app does not show battery info for the remote. The remote vibrates but nobody can decipher what the vibrations mean and it seems like the vibration itself is using up precocious remote battery.
2) the app board battery indicator has just 4 indications to show battery charged state: 1 fully charged, 2 3/4 charged 3 1/4 charged, 4 no charge. the issue is range anxiety (which is the #1 factor when choosing an electric transportation vehicle. which your app does noting to alleviate..

Great app, Spartan design
This app is well designed and easy to use. It would be nice to see a couple more features added to it:
-RFLX remote battery life display
-Custom brightness head/tail lights
-Board performance display

Can’t get it to work
I have a charged battery and knocking on the board 3 times does nothing. Can’t get it to connect no matter what I do.
Where has this torque been hiding? Wow!!!
Wow, the latest firmware turns the board into a rocket ship on take off, Boosted beware.. there was some hidden secrets in the Inboard M1.
Please fix support
Sent multiple support tickets and they just end up disappearing everytime. No resolution, no communication, board still acting weird. Legitimately considering selling it to get boosted board or something. Please fix this.

Awesome if you own an M1!
If you own an M1 you need it! I use it as a remote backup in case I run out of battery, that way I never have to worry about charging it. I also updated my firmware successfully!

Super glitchy and disconnects. My boosted board app is way better. Update the UI please
A good looking app with great funtionality
This is a good app. It looks great and the fact that it can do firmware updates to the board is awesome. Really impressed that Inboard could do such a great app out of the box.
