Surveys are extremely long, the ones that pay $5 to $10 dollars are 14 to 20 minutes and then you have to wait 4 to 9 days to receive the reward. (Unless they feel your didn’t give enough real information or zoomed through it) They don’t even pay you cash, your paid by a gift card of your choice and even then your charged for it. 90% of the surveys they offer pay .50 cents to $1 and they are all 8 to 14 minutes long and the questions aren’t just simple questions. They ask for personal in depth information about yourself and your family. The same question but worded differently. I believe they collect and sell your information, that’s why they ask so many questions. The rewards are trash. Whoever is giving this app more than 1 star is a developer or a fake account.

This app pays!!!
I’ve been using inbox since it came out on the pc years ago. They always pay and I have never had any issues about my account. I just got a $25 Amazon gift card, it might take a couple days to get the email for it, be patient it will come. And I got $20 last week sent to my PayPal. And I only play games. And I don’t refer people. This is the only money making app I’ve used consistently and consistently gotten paid.

I was actually enjoying this app. I enjoyed the surveys and downloaded a game that I would make a few cents off of here and there. I received my first $15 Walmart gift card! I continued to do the surveys and play the game. I saved up enough to get a $25 Walmart gift card! After attempting to redeem my Walmart gift card, I was no longer able to sign in to my account. It had a warning that said my account was “disabled.”
So I emailed customer support and they responded with “Please know that the InboxDollars Compliance Team has conducted a review of your account, and based on this review, we have made the difficult decision to close your InboxDollars account due to the detection of potentially automated or artificial methods of engaging with our site.”
I explained to them that I wouldn’t even know how to use automated or artificial methods, nor would I want to.

Can make some money but a little scammy
I definitely appreciate the opportunities for surveys and games in this app, but some of the “app” goals (like for games you download) are misrepresented or InboxDollars just stops recording your activity at some point. I’m not sure which, because their customer service never got back to me after a couple different inquiries for different issues. Gave them plenty of time to respond and all sorts of evidence but I’m not sure they even actually have customer service. Overall, I did make some money, but lost a good bit on them not recording progress or purchases in apps and ended up about even despite hours + money being invested. If you’re super broke with an excessive amount of free time, you could make maybe $20 which may be worth it for you. Surveys are better than the games, they either boot you relatively early or pay what they said they would.

It works! Just terrible customer service
I’m expecting a problem with the magic receipt portion and you can’t contact the help center your better off just playing the games and taking the surveys beside that I’ve cashed out twice made 30 dollars in a month
So frustrating
I am so tired of this app not acknowledging my game downloads. It is such a waste of time because I download the game (yes, the correct way) through the app, follow all the rules, then my game doesn’t even show up on my list. So that means two things…1. I won’t get paid for playing and 2. I can’t download the game again to try to get paid because it shows I’ve already played because of the first download. And customer service? That’s a joke. Save yourself time and frustration and don’t download this app.

In Tetris block party, it told me that after I complete level 3 I will get my 10 cents but it still say $0 and then I tried to verify my email and for some reason it won’t let me in order to get the $5 for signing up I’m tryna figure out what’s going on ?
They steal your credits
I had stopped using this app because for one, when you download the app and let the app track you, it still do not register the game. So as you’re playing, the whole time the game is not registering and now you can’t redo it because your device now have the game and recognized and it doesn’t comes up as the first time you’re play the game. Then they make it hard to try to get your credits you earned. A year ago, I submitted all my info for a game that was not credited even though it showed in my activity and no one ever reached out to me. Thief/scam behavior. So I decided again to give them another chance everything was going good but once you start constantly earning money, they stop crediting you. It will show the count down until you will receive your money and the boom. It show’s completed but the money is not added to your account even though it show’s completed but as it is. I have bank stats showing that I paid and even the game registered it because I had the in game purchase offer and the count down started for me to be credited which im glad I took a screenshot right before the completion. Let’s see if customer service reaches out to me this time or steal my money once again.

I spent weeks of my time doing surveys and earning over $20 and one day I tried to log in and my account was “deactivated”. I contacted the company and they basically said my account has been deactivated and that’s that. No explanation, no reason. I was never paid for my time, this is such a scam. Don’t waste your time.

Disabled my account before I could make any money
I saw this app, made an account, started on the monopoly go offers. A day or two later I had forgotten about it.

Lame
I was supposed to get a $10 bonus but wanted me to allow NPC tracking and I had to wait weeks to get the $10. In the meantime with NPC I couldn’t earn from playing games and to top it off after a few weeks of waiting they denied me the $10. Im playing games now and have to wait days or weeks to have my account credited for the game achievements. Who knows if they’ll actually credit me.

Inbox Dollars is a scam and these guys are corporate thieves. They robbed me for the money they owed me and banned my account saying that it was automated. But I’m here telling you now that I was running it.
Upload receipt always error message!
Seems like after app updated a few weeks ago. Always a “try again”error message everytime! Help Center is no help! I am about to delete and stop using. Anyone else with receipt error issues??
