Absolutely stay away from this garbage app. Your kicked out of every survey for a bunch of different reasons usually because the servers used. Complete waste of your time.
Trash Application
I have been a loyal member and participant of Inbox Dollars for over a year with no issues and then all of a sudden I get a notification that my account is suspended when I email as told to do they said I had suspicious activity and they were going to be deleting my account. I still had $70 in there that they refused to give me and when I asked for a written description of every rule, they said I violated they completely ignored me. They are trash.

Account disabled after not using for a week
Very disappointed InboxDollars was working perfectly and I earned more than $20.00 after filling out multiple surveys for hours and I go back to my account to see I no longer have one I would have appreciated an explanation at the least.
Misleading offers
It promised a dollar bonus for a survey, i clicked on the offer. It gave me a survey. I completed it. Got 4 cents. Sent screenshots of both places to customer support, where it still showed very clearly on my phone that it would give me a dollar bonus for taking a survey. And the receipt from completing the survey. It didn’t add up. Customer support replied but ignored my problem. It also kicked me off of almost every survey, takes at least 15 bucks to cash out, if you even can, and wouldn’t give me video offers like i had been promised. I deleted my account in 2 days.

Don’t download, they spam you with emails and keeps glitching when you want to delete your account so it doesn’t let you. Not worth the little cents you make

I have a bunch of money on inbox dollars and it won’t let me log in to claim it. No way to contact customer service either

i’ve been on this app since 2020 and JUST RECENTLY found out that they make you submit a photo of your id/passport/work permit to verify instead of your email🤨 not very secure!!! deleting after 7 yrs, not worth it✌️
Going downhill
Besides not getting a thing for surveys with late disqualifications, now they have surveys with pre-screen surveys that are over 20 minutes and disqualify you saying you don’t match the survey for surveys that say will only be 15 minutes avg anyways.

While the app is valid and you do get paid, it takes FOREVER to accumulate funds. The surveys hardly ever pay out. You answer a BUNCH of questions (like 5-10 minutes) then it suddenly says you don’t qualify for the survey and directs you to another. There are a lot of games to choose from, BUT you have to watch what is required because several of the games require you to spend money before they pay. I have earned $75, but it has taken a VERY long time playing games and continued trial and denial on surveys. Only a few have paid successfully. Like I said, it DOES pay, but I’m wondering if other apps might be better.

It’s great when it allows you to finish
It has potential to be great but I get kicked from over 90% of the surveys I take. Maybe it prefers you to lie rather than tell the truth. I gave this app a few chances but I’m done. “We have a better survey for you.” No you don’t, I get kicked from that one too.
Emails stopped
Well, I mostly messed with the paid emails and for some reason, within the last couple weeks, they just stopped. Not going in my junk either.

Magic Receipt Fraud
I added a Magic Receipt offer for Coppertone sunscreen, which had an expiration date of 7/25/26. I purchased the product on 7/23/26 and went to upload the Magic Receipt on 7/24/26, and the offer had disappeared, so I couldn’t upload the receipt. I wouldn’t have purchased this product if it were not for the Magic Receipt offer

Surveys are extremely long, the ones that pay $5 to $10 dollars are 14 to 20 minutes and then you have to wait 4 to 9 days to receive the reward. (Unless they feel your didn’t give enough real information or zoomed through it) They don’t even pay you cash, your paid by a gift card of your choice and even then your charged for it. 90% of the surveys they offer pay .50 cents to $1 and they are all 8 to 14 minutes long and the questions aren’t just simple questions. They ask for personal in depth information about yourself and your family. The same question but worded differently. I believe they collect and sell your information, that’s why they ask so many questions. The rewards are trash. Whoever is giving this app more than 1 star is a developer or a fake account.

This app pays!!!
I’ve been using inbox since it came out on the pc years ago. They always pay and I have never had any issues about my account. I just got a $25 Amazon gift card, it might take a couple days to get the email for it, be patient it will come. And I got $20 last week sent to my PayPal. And I only play games. And I don’t refer people. This is the only money making app I’ve used consistently and consistently gotten paid.

I was actually enjoying this app. I enjoyed the surveys and downloaded a game that I would make a few cents off of here and there. I received my first $15 Walmart gift card! I continued to do the surveys and play the game. I saved up enough to get a $25 Walmart gift card! After attempting to redeem my Walmart gift card, I was no longer able to sign in to my account. It had a warning that said my account was “disabled.”
So I emailed customer support and they responded with “Please know that the InboxDollars Compliance Team has conducted a review of your account, and based on this review, we have made the difficult decision to close your InboxDollars account due to the detection of potentially automated or artificial methods of engaging with our site.”
I explained to them that I wouldn’t even know how to use automated or artificial methods, nor would I want to.
