회원가입 방식도 쌍팔년대 방식. 속도가 충격적으로 느리고, 메뉴에 잔버그들이 많음. 데이터 리프레시가 안돼서 앱을 껐다 켜야하는 경우도 있음. 면세점 어카운트랑 연동도 안됨. 결제후 내역도 없음, 인도장도 안뜸. 이벤트 때문에 억지로 써봤다가 공항앱 수준에 충격 먹고 갑니다. 그냥 이런걸 시도하지 않는게 국격에 도움이 될듯. 외국인들에게 보이기 부끄러움

I already felt a bit uneasy about giving away my personal information just to get a coupon, but the experience was so frustrating that it wasn’t worth it.
The coupon only works on certain products, and even when I scanned eligible items, I was told they couldn’t be applied. The staff at both Hyundai Department Store and Shinsegae Food Hall didn’t seem to know how to use the system either. After a lot of “uh…?” and confusion, they ended up telling me to go to the information desk or AIRSTAR instead.
By then, it was almost boarding time, so I never got to use the coupon. In the end, it just feels like I gave away my personal information for nothing.

사용이 너무 불편해요
전반적으로 사용자 편의는 1도 고려하지 않은 앱입니다. 물건이 어느 터미널에서 수령 가능한건지를 물건 이름 바로 옆에 표시해주던가 필터링할 수 있게 해줘야되는데 장바구니나 주문페이지 가서야 확인 할 수 있어서 너무 불편해요. 그리고 메인 상품 화면에는 품절 안된것처럼 되어있으면서 막상 주문 들어가면 품절됐다고 뜨는데, 심지어 그러고 나서 튕겨서 상품페이지가 아니라 홈 화면으로 돌아가버려요. 주문 한번 하는게 무슨 똥개훈련 받는 것 같습니다. 사용이 너어무 불편해요. 홍보만 하지 마시고 어플 환경 개선을 우선해야할 듯 합니다.
