The App is good but the company never updates data consistently.
The app is super easy to use from usability point of view however the data can be unreliable when you sell unlisted stocks.
I had 500 stocks of NERL which I sold and purchased another stock with the Proceeds while all the quantities are reflecting perfectly in my Demat account, my InCred app still shows the 500 quantities of NERL and also the additional stocks that I purchased with the proceeds. So now I have more stocks on InCred money app as opposed to my Demat. The data is unreliable on app now.

buy only can’t sell
To much disappointed with selling process buy easily and for sell you need to wait may be 1-2 years no response no emergency way to exit even the price is low when you selling
Auto logout
Stop automatic logout. Every 8-10 days I get logged out and need to login again. This should be fixed. Even if you have app update, you should never logout users. That is how most of the app work.

how i got scammed-
i bought oyo shares worth rs 50k, each share worth rs25. now in the app, the price of shares have surged and i have decent profit as price have surged to rs 28 per share. heres the scam- they wont let you sell on this price and you cant sell on app, instead they will themself quote very lower price on mail. for the same share if someone today buying at 28, i am being paid 22.5 rs only.
there is no transparency of buyers and sellers. this price too is decided by this firm and never being quoted on this app.
these are scammers.

Scam alert!!!!
Do not trust the price showing in app. They inflate price and sell to customers which never turn green in future. I bought 4 different companies and eventually lost money and stuck. Buy only once listed in Exchanges.

Unlisted shares can only be bought from this InCred platform, when the sell option will be started ? ? ?

Not worth buying unlisted shares in high valuation
The app is good, but absolutely no value addition to customers. The unlisted shares are sold at high valuation. The price of recently listed HBD was ₹1200 here and the same was listed at ₹740. All who bought it here become absolute fools. So think twice whether you need to buy at high valuation.

Screen Loading issues
Every time we get into a stock and get back, the page loads right from the top in Live stocks section. (Ideally we should be taking the user to the stock which they clicked on so that it’s easy to continue from where they left)
Also the page takes long time to load atleast in 30% of the attempts.

Not able to log in again
Logged out and now I am not able to log in again there is no option to log in again. Only new sign in is there.

What kind of app is this Your App not Allowing Login even though i have account . You should have separate option for create account and login user.
Whenever i logout from this app ask me login and after entering mobile details and otp asked for name and email id why it needed ? And if i enter those details then email already registered. What should i do …. Not a basic feature is design well.

Very poor service
After buying a stock they claims that in 7 working days it will be reflected in my Demat account but today’s it’s 13th day and my stock is still not showing me in my account.
Issue with Digi Lockar
I have been facing issue to do my KYC via Digi Locker from few months. Not able to do invest without KYC
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. In these times when account is opened digitally and KYC is completed in a day or two, they will make you sit for weeks with a message of KYC under process while your unlisted investment opportunity go away.
Average price is missing
Can you please show the average price? Currently we don’t see it .

The app doesn’t even complete the login process. I have been trying to login from months now. Every time Akshat mentions in his video and I try. I see the same error every time that something went wrong.
