The online banking app is terrible to use. The bank wants to charge us to use the check scanner so we returned it (should have kept it because they are still charging us for the scanner). Now we are trying to remote deposit checks and it doesn’t allow us to do that either. We continuously get an error that the check has already been deposited even though the check was just written out and it’s the first time attempting to deposit it. I wish we were in a place to change financial institutions - I would do it immediately! I will also advise anyone to NOT get setup with incredible bank.

Mobile deposit only works half the time
Mobile deposit features seems to be very hit or miss. I have had several checks that are continually rejected for “missing endorsement” when my name is signed big and bold in black ink.
Glitches
This app has not worked for me for several weeks. It does not connect to my accounts and is useless at this point.

If you are looking for that personal service like we use to have many moons ago. Incredible Bank us for you. Always a human at the other end of the phone and always ready to help with any issue or need. I love this Bank and highly recommend to all.

Needs to be more reliable
Needs to be more reliable constantly glitches not wanting to load and and inaccurate balance considering it involves my money it should be way more reliable and fast not having to go to the ATM to check balance Everytime wold be nice

App deposits auto reject even if you write “for mobile deposit only.” Super frustrating!

Am I to understand, because my iPad is older that I must get a new iPad to see MY BANK ACCOUNT.? If that is correct, I will be using a different bank as soon as I can get into the bank, and withdraw my cash! I realize I’m not the riches customer, but I imagine I am not the poorest either! So ASAP I WILL BE TAKING MY CASH OUT AND PUT IT INTO ANOTHER BANK, I will be using a heck withdrawal!

IOS 15 compatibility?!?
App versions after 3.5.0 are not compatible with the latest version of IOS 15.8.2. Please fix this. Especially since, IOS 15 is still supported by Apple; with security updates being released as needed.

Despite being assured of the ease to make extra mortgage payment via app. Difficult to set up. Tired of spending hours for something so simple.
