BAD APP
You need to destroy this app and start over again with a new concept. I have no idea how to log into my back office using this “app”. That is something that should not be hard to do. I upgraded to the new app and it’s the worse mistake I’ve made since joining.

No todo lo que dicen es cierto, no les devuelven el dinero en caso de que decidas retirarte, te dicen en 90 días y luego dicen en 14 días antes de la última factura, pero te entretienen y no te devuelven nada. Así que ojo, no todo lo que brilla es oro.

Needs major improvement
This app needs a lot of improvement!!! It is not at all user-friendly. It is very difficult to navigate smoothly through this app, and as a partner that affects me greatly since most of the work that I do is through my cellphone.
Issues
I recommend an improvement in the application, I have an iPhone X and for me it is impossible to use the app, most of the time I can not run anything inside the app because it freezes and does not let me do anything. I hope you improve the service. I would like to recommend that you increase the service on the Apple Watch including an application that can interact with the clock and with Siri. Thanks 👍

Poorly optimized
Its been a week since I’ve been able to access the app. It has numerous bugs and glitches that don’t seem to end.
App needs to be improved
I’m struggling to use inCruises, the website and app have so many bugs that using both is an absolute nightmare.
It won’t load list of cruises most of the times and I have to login and log out. I’m a member and upgrade to partner banner comes up on every page which makes using the app more challenging.
Feels like it needs more time too be invested to make it more user friendly.
