Just registered but the app hasn’t downloaded onto phone (no option) anyone know how to do this pleas?

Handy app
I love supporting indie’s in Brum and this app is a great way to find new gems you weren’t aware of. Also really good if you want a spontaneous lunch/ dinner out, you can see where the offers are for that day. Easy to use and you can see how much you save using the app

I love IB and use it all the time. There are some great deals. I use it to help me decide where to go if I can’t decide too :)

App crashes and won’t open
The app crashes and won’t open. I have reset my new Iphone multiple times and it continues to do this. I am unable to use the app properly and to show that I am a member in restaurants.

Great app that is really helpful when trying to find places to eat in Birmingham. Value for money with the subscription!
Great but no easy way to cancel
Love the card and supporting small independents. I liked that with the new app it’s monthly, as I have long periods where I’m not in the city. My only gripe is that IB have made it seemingly impossible to unsubscribe via the app and not obvious to manage. I think this is a bit of a sneaky tactic which I’m not so keen on!

Wonderful idea!
Love this app, have been following the Facebook page for ages for ideas for independents to visit but this has been great to have over the last few months. Would be good to have a few more places in Kings Heath/Stirchley/Kings Norton involved but I’m sure IB are working hard to get people on board so we can support independents in the city! One suggestion- I would love the ability to ‘like’ or ‘favourite’ places in the app to create a list of ‘places I want to visit’ that I could access quickly as a reminder. I sometimes browse the app on a weekend morning and then have to search for the places again. Thanks for the great app!

The app is not showing that I am a member after paying for the subscription
Disappointed
There are no bars, cafes or restaurants in Kings Heath or Northfield. My favourite eateries in Moseley are not included. So not a lot local to me.
Perfect accompaniment for the IB Card
This app is such a great idea! It lets you see which places are part of the IB Card and what deals they have on. It’ll be a handy way to explore place I haven’t tried yet too!
