Company does not honor reszy made here
I used the app to reserve a taxi pickup and it was confined by email. The taxis did not show up at the scheduled arrival time. I used the app to call the cab company. A rude boy answered the phone, with a lot of background noise. The rude boy continued to explain that the company does not take reservations and that there were no pickups scheduled from any hotels tonight. I asked if the company had an app. The rude boy said, “yes.” I informed the person that I scheduled a pickup through the app and I received a confirmation by email. The rude boy said, “we can go back and forth, but once again, we didn’t take reservations.” Ultimately I was hung up on, a taxi never came, the app is useless, the customer service is useless, the company is useless, and I got a taxi ride with Boston taxi co. Without issue.
