Booking didn’t work!

I booked a ride to the airport for noon today, and the booking seemed correct in the app. When the time came for the pickup, the app briefly flashed something like “booking accepted” (I should have paid more attention or taken a screenshot) and then the booking seemed to get stuck on “searching” but still showed as “new”. I called the taxi company and they said they had no record of the booking but would send a taxi in 5-15 minutes. I’d highly recommend calling rather than using the app for booking based on this experience.
