Can’t add a payment method
I was able to make a reservation, but the logic for the card number is flawed. They limit the length of the number to 15, so it’s impossible to put in a Visa number lol.
Oh well, I was still able to make a reservation, but express checkout (their lines are often long) seems to be impossible.

Doesn’t work
Attempted more than 5 x to set up express account. Failed each time. First said I already had account but I forgot password would not let me reset. Then it was signing me up for a new account but would not populate a confirmation code on my email. I’ve spent over 45 min trying to set up unsuccessfully. Great rental car agency but express set up failed to meet expectations. Please correct this problem. I don’t want to wait in line as I have appointments when I arrive into LAX.

Skip the lines
I found the app very easy to use. Resisted the temptation of the $3k Maclaren and got the $50 Camry. Michael was awesome and got me into a great car quickly. Will use again!
Terrible
Be careful, once you create an account, you have to give all your information to them to delete the account. Just don’t do it!
App doesn’t work
I can’t sign in. I can’t do business with them even though I’d like to. Too bad, really. I see a review from March with the same issue. Midway doesn’t care ???
