What's New in Daysheets

2.6.0

July 8, 2026

This is the biggest iOS update we've shipped since the release of Daysheets 2.0! 2.6.0 includes major design updates, built around real multi-day planning and Day Type filtering, so you can see exactly what any group or person needs on any day. It also adds personalization (themes, dark mode, text size, time zones) and a lot of additional improvements to performance and design. ## New Features - Re-Imagined Navigation: A cleaner four-tab layout — Day, Calendar, Activity, and Personnel — with a refreshed day page built from collapsible sections (Day Type, Notes, Lodging, Schedule) and a modern bottom bar that tucks away as you scroll. - Day View Swipe: A new way to navigate between days by simply swiping between dates on the day view. - Day Type tagging & filtering: Tag events with a Day Type and filter any tour day down to exactly what a specific group or individual needs. Tagging auto-fills the event's people and time zone, and prompts you to update related events when a Day Type changes. The rebuilt "Filter Tour Day" sheet adds group/individual selection and an active-filter badge so you always know when a filter is on. - New Calendar Navigation: A month view with Day Type color dots, an agenda-style list view, and a routing map of your stops and legs. - Themes & Dark Mode: Choose Light, Dark, or System, plus new themes for further personalization. - Personalize your view: A new Appearance menu adds a text-size slider and time-zone toggles for events, flights, and transfers (off by default). Flights show a live countdown ("Departs in 2h 44m") as departure nears. Improvements - Faster navigation: Swipe or drag to scrub between days, a bottom menu that returns the moment you scroll up, sticky section headers, and tap Day to jump back to today. - Quick actions everywhere: Ellipsis menus to edit, share, copy, or filter notes, Day Types, and schedule items; add Dates to how flights, transfers and schedule events are displayed. - Refined day page: Update and transfer rows, expandable inline notes, cleaner lodging rows, Day Type color lines, and refreshed Personnel and Activity tabs. Bug Fixes - Fixed Day Types and locations sometimes not appearing until you quit and reopened the app. - Fixed the All/Me toggle not hiding other parties' hotels for some editors. - Faster tour connection when entering an invite code.

A game changer

Best touring software there is.

Clean and simple

It just makes sense. Has been super helpful when on the road. They are always updating!

Issues with calendar

Every time I add locations to the days and save it doesn’t save the updates

Response from developer

Hello there, thanks for the feedback. This should be resolved. In mid February we were moving from Tour Builder 1.0 to 2.0 and did see a few hiccups in creation from mobile. This has since been resolved!

Updates

Cannot update this app at all. Click on update and it just goes to the app and says Open does not update it all. Not very good.

Response from developer

Hi John, we had a release issue causing this to happen. We fixed this and should no longer be an issue.

The only Touring App you will ever need!!!!

I’ve been on Daysheets for a little over a year and I’ve been blown away. First and foremost in its V1 version it is far and away better than any of their competitors (mastertour 🤮). The best part is they actually listen to you when you want new features, they give you a seat at the table to discuss how to improve the app, and most importantly the platform works exactly as described. My efficacy has improved tenfold, and I couldn’t imagine running my tour any other way.

Huge bonus is my team always complained about how clunky the other platforms we used were in the past, now they compliment Daysheets on ease of use and how pretty the interface is, can’t wait to show them V2!!!! Thank you to the entire Daysheets team for making the BEST PLATFORM in the industry and continuing to push what the industry standard should and will be. As another reviewer put, don’t think just switch.

Trust me you will not regret it.

Also to the guy who reviewed negatively, that simply is not the truth, and as an Apple developer I can confidently say those claims are categorically false. Also anytime I need help with something I have to give permissions to the Daysheets team to even see our tour as if they were a member of the tour (make them a personnel, give them admin permissions, etc), typically support just views my shared screen… so I’m not sure what background this guy has (probably not in app development)
