The app for Mayakoba is good for getting in contact with your butler during the stay at the hotel. Otherwise the app has limited information similar to what is on the website regarding restaurants and spa services. The main issue is that the app does not support push notifications for communication with the butler which means you can send a question about something like a dinner reservation and when they respond you do not know. If this app had push notifications I would say five stars because that's all you really need it to do.

Great if you're staying at Rosewood Mayakoba. It's like seamless for a 5 star hotel. I can contact my butler without even getting up to grab the room phone.
