The AI argued with me what dates my flights were, so I couldn’t change. Then a human came on and ended the conversation because I did not respond in 5 minutes. Melon is not supportive to my business travel

Good app!
I don’t use this app very often—usually only 2–3 times a year—but every time it has worked flawlessly. It’s user-friendly, quick and easy booking process, and the flight updates are always helpful. 👍
Could use some improvement
The app is functional, works ok for booking and viewing my cooperate bookings. The app itself could benefit from not having to log in every time I open it, biometric login, or an option to stay logged in
