Could use some improvement
The app is functional, works ok for booking and viewing my cooperate bookings. The app itself could benefit from not having to log in every time I open it, biometric login, or an option to stay logged in
Useless app
Its sole purpose is to tease you an waste memory. On your device. Absolutely awful.
This app is basically non-functional
This app doesn’t work. I don’t know how else to put it at this point. Imagine finding a hotel and then deciding you don’t want it. Seems like a typical workflow. And yet with Melon app that is the end of your journey: reset the app and start your search over. My suspicion is that this company is about to go under if basic app maintenance can’t even be performed. You’re losing money guys, fix it.

Crashes constantly
It took me multiple hours to book one flight because of how many times the app froze. Now trying to change the flight, I’m experiencing the same problems. This app needs fixing immediately
Useless App
My company uses this app. It’s unresponsive and it freezes. The website is not mobile friendly eg attempting to change class from economy to business is a task. Thinking about dropping these clowns.
Never works
The damn thing never works and updates are pointless

Was in a rush and used chat to change my flights. Was great to work with a real person and had a new ticket in a few minutes. Thank You!!
Expensive and Slow
Higher rates than I could get independently and you get a bonus 5 hour layover.

You can’t book anything
I am really not sure what the point of this app is. You enter your trip details then you are required to “Request Trip”. You cannot select flights or hotels or in fact book anything. Pointless.

Perfect for business travel. Keeps everything organized and is easy to book flights and hotel on.
Redundant notifications and useless booking tools
This app does little more than the airline apps themselves do. Outside of booking a multi leg trip with different airlines, you’re better off using the direct airline app of your choice.
On top of that, are multiple redundant notifications that you can’t turn off. I’ve had this app for five weeks and I’ve had dozens of notifications for “rallies” and “pertussis outbreaks” that show up EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app. I’m not sure why these notifications even exist, and why you can’t stop them from occurring. Garbage developers and a next to useless app. I wish our company never signed up for this trash service.

Garbage
All the 5 star written reviews were written at about the same time - probably by employees. It doesn’t work. They’ll waste your time, sell your data, and laugh about it. I can’t get the app to actually work, so my review is limited to the useless process to actually log into the app. The desktop version has a help chat - that does not have log in help as a topic and no real humans or AI on the chat, just dead air like this app.

Glitchy and too many notifications
I downloaded this app after taking 12 or so trips and I have 100 notifications that I can’t get rid of. Just a red bubble with a huge number annoying the crap out of me, even though I’ve. When I go to the notifications page I can’t delete them. Not to mention my airline apps give me all the same notifications so these are 100% useless.
Also both this app and the website are clunky and way worse than just booking travel direct through the airlines and hotels. Horrible UX and super slow/glitchy.
