Disappointing Loss of Support for Older Indian Motorcycles
Vehicle information such as battery status, fuel level, oil information, and maintenance details is no longer accessible through the app. Owners of older Ride Command-equipped motorcycles also appear to have lost convenient functionality for transferring or downloading planned routes and maps from the app to the motorcycle.
My motorcycle is still properly associated with my Ride Command account, and my tracked rides and planned routes remain visible on the Ride Command website. This suggests the problem is not simply an account or synchronization issue. Instead, the current app appears to have reduced or removed support for functionality that was previously available to older motorcycles.
Indian should not make an app less functional for existing owners merely because newer motorcycles offer cellular connectivity and subscription-based services. Customers paid a premium for motorcycles equipped with Ride Command, and reasonable support for those systems should continue.
At this point, the app provides very little practical value for my motorcycle. Removing or restricting previously available features without a clear explanation is poor customer support and reflects badly on the Indian Motorcycle brand. Indian should restore the older-bike functionality or clearly explain why it was removed and provide owners with an alternative.

App update for Indian Motorcycle
New v10 now doesn’t show any current bike info
I don’t really see anything different.
Good concept. GREAT bike. app should be rebuilt so that Bike Health & Bike Locator actually work
I have installed and uninstalled multiple times. I have even put in trouble tickets with Indian . No luck it will work for a while and then it stops updating. I’ve never been able to get the bike location to work or any of the other advertised features. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times.
I like Indian. GREAT bike. I wish they would get their stuff together on this app.
Clunky

2. Most useful links are for the US site, this is very poor customer experience. More so, their Australia website doesn’t have much of details. I couldn’t even find the Service Fee/Charges for each recommended service.
3. They can do better with the user interface, but I suppose they are relying on Polaris’ platform with Indian branding, hope Polaris can focus on that.
4. Sync is a bit clunky, I had home address show up twice on the app every-time I add it (whether i add via app or the ride command on the bike).
The bike is awesome, it is worthwhile to give a well connected rider experience. If you are integrating tech, do (design) it with the rider in mind.
