Incompetent source
Is anyone there? This app doesn’t allow me to select departure date, destination, time, etc… It’s like talking to myself but there’s no resolution here! Please hire a competent web designer so we can utilize this platform and everyone can have a safe travel experience. 🙏🏼
As a first time ride who struggles with anxiety this app this app made it worse 🤦♂️
This app has many formatting issues as there’s white selection text on white backgrounds. You can’t simply search through routes in your area or routes leaving from a specific transit point.
Maybe this is a issue more based upon my trip as I didn’t make an account or sign in but I still feel as the app is poorly designed.
I highly recommend looking into different options. Or some update in the ui could fix the app entirely even with the archaic feel on top, text being barely visible is not excusable lol.
I mean.. it got the job done.. kinda :/

App is Hard to Use and Text Difficult to Read
Options to see cities for routes are white on a light gray box so hard to read. Why are we using neon green for the routes on a green map.
Doesn’t List All Departure Times
You can’t track a bus if you can’t key in the correct departure time. As near as can tell, tracking isn’t possible.
Good bus service. Terrible app.

IT Guy - Can You Do Your Job?
IT Guy at Indian Trails… can you do your job please? I was talking with one of the bus drivers, and it’s fairly easy to see that no one is happy with this bus tracking app, including the drivers. It’s garbage. Trying to find a route for the average user is next to impossible, and even when you do find a way to input a schedule successfully, the busses frequently disappear or spin in place. Being able to track a bus is one of the most basic pieces of info a rider needs, especially since there is only one bus a day.
If you don’t have the money or resources to do the job, show this review to your boss. Maybe they will allocate something to you to help you to create a usable app for customers.

App replicates ride experience
This app’s functionality is consistent with the general smell coming from the overflowing toilet in the rear of the bus.

I made my VIP guest wait for long in a freezing temp due to this incredibly useless and stupid app.
Vanished bus, missed destination
One of Michigan Flyer buses never showed up. When questioned, they endorsed this app as their bus tracker. This app does not have Ann Arbor or the Detroit Metro Airport as departure station or destination. I don’t know what the deal is between Michigan Flyer and this not helpful app.
They just don’t get it.
One thing is having late buses so frequently. A whole other is cutting information on their bus tracker as soon as a bus is late. This company is anything but well run. They refuse to even estimate how late a bus will be when you call customer service. What a game. What a joke. I just want to get somewhere.
