Great Service
This service is a little known secret but it’s a good thing to know. I’m glad that someone from AATA finally told me about it. The drivers usually drive well and are friendly. I didn’t give 5 stars because one time my ride was cancelled after it was confirmed and I had already waited for over an hour. Also I have been searching for more information about the areas in which the service operates and am having trouble finding anything.

Fix the app
The app does not allow you to set a date or time 24 hours in advance or set any other time besides now. The app also does not allow you to chose another location other than where you are located.
The drivers have no transfers for the customers. There should be a selection on the app to continue the ride to transfer to the bus.
