The app is a great way to stay focused and know where you are and everything and it should be utilized during the actual races to with the coaching staff occasionally popping on encouraging you to keep going. But an amazing app and I highly recommend it

Great concept
I like the ability to virtual race, especially during pandemic. I always need a race in the future to train for, to stay motivated. 4 stars only for the reason of comfort. I hate running with my phone. I assume there is a way to sync with a smart watch but I couldn’t find one. Sent an email to customer service a week before my race, no response.

I’m happy with the App, we recommend to keep it available during the year and link to the Colts app so we can get points when completing tasks like 1000 km a year

As a runner I was surprised and pleased at how simple this app was to function for a race. It made the virtual experience feel more community driven.
Won’t open
Updated my iOS to 14 and now the app won’t open. This is the only one causing issues and the race is tomorrow. 🤞 for a quick fix
