The app is very frustrating!! I continue to get a message telling me ‘refresh in progress’. Nothing is updating when it should. Very disappointing!! Won’t renew unless the app improves.

Hi Kellie, You will get the “refresh in progress” if data is actively being downloaded and you try to initiate another refresh. You should see a data download progress bar when you first download the app. Keep the app open until that completes. Tap “Click Here to Email Us” from the Feedback tab and we can walk you through it with screenshots to make sure it’s working for you. Thanks!
