App is extremely buggy can’t even buy tickets on it
Terrible App
The app seems it was built by a person that have no clue on webpages and have not used any other app in his/her life.
This happened to me just recently when buying the 8hr event race Oct 5th 2024 ticket.
#1. When bought the tickets for the Saturday Event I was able to buy the Paddock tickets without the general admission. If the Paddock tickets are an upgrade how in the world it allows me to buy the an upgrade without the general admission?!
#2 Unable to download the tickets using the app. Really?!
#3 Why the app displays the 3day ticket parking first when I am buying tickets only for Saturday. Is counter intuitive.
#4 Why the app is sooooo sloooooow?
#5 When calling the call center the people on the line were not the most kind.
#6 Resetting the Password can be easier.

Mobile tickets are unavailable and not linkable
App needs an overhaul. dead links galore, blank pages etc. Terrible app for an esteemed place like Indy. Terrible user experience.

I have been coming to the speedway since the late 70’s! Since then I have brought my parents and my brother. Started brining my wife and my kids now they are married and now we all visit with their families and their kids!! Many great memories were made here!!
Digital tickets
Can we please have a printed ticket option? Find I have digital tickets for those who want them but to not allow a printed ticket is a crime.
App login does not communicate with website
The app is not useable for me as I change my password and the app refuses to acknowledge the change and says my logging credentials are not correct.

Impossible to find my tickets. Not user friendly or intuitive. I miss paper tickets.

Blank home page
My homepage is always blank when I sign in. I reloaded the app, but still doing the same thing.
App works fine, account system is terrible
Just tell us that it's a separate account from the IMS website and that you need to link the two. IDK why you would do that in the first place, but at least explain it to the end user
Awful
Got this app so I could access my digital tickets. First, I can’t login with my IMS login despite that being the directions on how to access digital tickets. No matter how many times I put in the correct email & password I see account not found.
Then I try to link my account so I can view my tickets. I get the account verification email but no matter how many times I verify and see “success” my tickets don’t show up.
So this app is useless.

Sooooo bad
This app has been horrible for at least three years. It’s an absolute mess. It won’t ever let me log in and basically have to create a new email every year to buy a ticket. Realllly annoying.
All around horrible app
You can not get to your tickets to save your life In this app. Then their guide on how to, tells me to go online to IMS.com. But I HAD to download their app to get my tickets apparently. They need to make navigation of this entire process easier. So glad I don’t do things at the speedway very much. And probably won’t after the solar eclipse.

Very frustrating
So far this has been an extremely frustrating experience for me. I’ve been pulling my hair out and screaming at my phone because I couldn’t figure out how to access my tickets and setting up the account and app and login. So far it’s just been a horrible experience. Supposedly I’m supposed to be able to put my tickets in the Apple Wallet app but I can’t figure out how to do it so far. Either this digital ticket thing is not user friendly or maybe I’m just extremely stupid but either way I feel very unhappy.

you are unable to sign in to the app, ive tried everything, it tells me my info is invalid every time
Apps a joke
This things a joke, downloaded the app. Friend set a buddy and I tickets for carb day. Tap the link in the messages. It’s takes you online. I go to sign in online and it says my username and password are bad. I double check, same login as the app. Try multiple times and nothing.
I make a new account on the app with a different email. Login get the tickets, i go to login on the app with my new account and guess what? Bam your username and password are wrong. So i go back online and now my tickets disappeared. Called the service number got put on hold for over 20mins. This app is a joke on top of it takes it forever to load.
