Hugely Disappointed

I sent in two cameras last summer and when they were developed and sent to the app, I only found one set of my photos along with another that did not belong to me. I emailed them and told them they had put someone else’s photos in my gallery and they removed them but then asked me if I remember what was on my film. I told them no because I’ve just been sending in a few full disposable cameras at a time and I never heard back from them. Every few months I would follow up with an email that would get no response. Last week, almost a year later, I sent another email and have not heard back. Horrible customer service, at least have the decency to say you lost the film, not just ignore your customers.

SO FAST—idk why other ppl are having issues

First, I never write reviews. Actually, this would be my first ever App Store review. From all the recent reviews I was rlly worried that I was never going to get my pictures. So I came here to say that in a matter of fact I got them in under 3 working days. They came out great! Very happy with them!

do not use!!!

I have been a long time customer and developed many many rules through this app for four years now this most recent one I sent them my pictures from prom and my senior trip they claimed to have got my film and I got the email but a couple weeks later I still haven't received anything I reached out to support and they said that they were working on it and it hadn't been developed yet two months later I still haven't gotten the pictures and I reached out again. They did not answer so I emailed them again. They said that they didn't know where the film was, and they would escalate it another three months later still nothing and I haven't heard from them. I emailed them no answer. I DM them on Instagram and when they finally answered, they say that they lost it and they don't know how to find it. They offered me a $50 credit, but I will not be ordering from them again. The customer service is terrible and they seem to have no care that they lost valuable pictures to me. I trusted them with these because I've been using them for so long and I've never had any issue very sad and they will be losing a customer if I can rate them zero stars I would

LOVEEE

I’ve been using this app for so long and absolutely love it. The bessstttt

Best film app I’ve used

These guys cracked the code for sharing film photos digitally. Seriously give it a shot if you’re tired of send film to a drug store and waiting for the scans, these guys are a lot more quick than other spots I’ve used especially in nyc. 5/5

FAQ

What does Indisposable: Film Photography do?

This app serves as a digital archive for your developed film reels. It notifies you when a reel is ready, allowing you to name it, choose a cover photo, and manage the privacy of individual pictures before sharing them with friends. Your friends can then download the reel or join the app to view reels you've shared.

How do I share my film reels with friends?

Once your film reel is developed and archived in the app, you can select which photos are public and which are private. You can then share the publicly viewable photos of the reel with your contacts through a dropdown menu. Friends can choose to download the reel or sign up for the app to gain access.

Is this app free to use?

Yes, the application is free to use. Based on the provided information, there are no in-app purchases or advertisements, and it is not a subscription-based service.

Can my friends download the photos from the reel?

Yes, your friends have the option to download the entire reel of photos if they wish. Alternatively, if they sign up for the app, they will gain access to the reels you have tagged them in, allowing them to view and potentially interact with the shared content.

What is the main benefit of using this app for film photography?

The primary benefit is streamlining the process of managing and sharing developed film photos. Instead of downloading all images to your device, they are archived within the app, providing a centralized location. This also simplifies sharing with friends and allows for controlled access to your analog photography.
