Transfer funds takes too long
I don’t think that you should be able to hold onto my money for nine days when I transfer it to you from a bank account. The bank doesn’t hold checks for this long. Why should you get to do that?

Can’t even log in
Total failure of an app. Not surprising because the Mac and PC versions are abysmally slow to the point that you have no idea if the programs are even working or dead. Really bad tech here. If i could rate it no stars i would.

OK, but limited for investors
I use the app to manage my wax account, but also use an external broker dealer to manage the assets in the account. I use Schwab. Unfortunately, you have to go onto the website to transfer management of the money to Schwab. It’s a weird relationship. So in the app, you can transfer it from your cash account to your investment account but then you have to go to the main website to do the next step. It’s probably great if you’re just using it as an HSA reimbursement account but if you’re using it as an investment vehicle, it’s probably not the best.

No Login
Can not login via app. No problem logging into website. I think WEX was ripped off by whoever adapted their site to an app.

Frustrating
This app will only add to the frustration of having to deal with medical bills. I’ve only been able to log in on my desktop. The app is a waste of storage space on my phone.

For some reason, the app isn’t linked to your actual login. Read the reviews and decided it wasn’t worth spending any more time since others had the same issue and couldn’t get it resolved.

Never been able to login with app, only desktop. Called for assistance and was told it “doesn’t always work, try later”. Have never gotten it to work. Don’t bother with this.

Set up username and password on a desktop and then downloaded app to use. However, the app is not allowing me to login and keeps giving an error of “login failed.” I just set up the account and have no problem getting into it on a desktop computer. App is not functional!
