Great first time trying this. I normally push harder but this will do!

Thank you for the review, I'm glad you like it so far!
Good app-a lot of sweating!
Used to apps w host rider setting pace and talking through whole set w/encouragement, etc. -so this was a little different in that aspect, maybe a little more feedback wouldn’t hurt but its a very good workout, look forward to doing it again.

Thank you for the review and feedback. I have tried to keep the app different to the usual video fitness coach but I appreciate your comments and I'll see what I can come up with!

Amazing to hear this, so glad you like it, thank you!
Great idea but overpriced
I really like the idea of this app as it is a welcome departure from over the top spinning instructors. It works well although I do wonder why maximum cadence allowed is 80rpm…..seems low.
I think the biggest issue is cost. The number of built in workout plans is quite limited and I don’t think these are added to by the developer at any time. Given that, £60 a year seems massively overpriced for what you get. Compare it to the content of something like Apple Fitness Plus at £79 a year.
I like apps that offer a lifetime subscription option, and this does, but £150 for this is just too much. I got a lifetime subscription of a top yoga app for not much more, and that has new content added weekly. What is the developer doing with this app on a regular basis to justify that price?
To sum up, good app with a few limitations such as low maximum cadence, but overpriced. If the lifetime cost was more like £60 (which is the current annual cost) I’d buy it without hesitation but at current prices I’m afraid I’m out.

Just starting …
Hello. I’m a 66 years beautiful. I’m normally very active but lately I’ve gotten lazy riding my stationary bike. The app I was using was discontinued so I thought I would try this app. I just completed my first workout. It was easy and I enjoyed it. I’m starting slowly and will work up from here. Looking forward to increasing strength and stamina and dropping a few pounds of fat. 😊 Thank you and have a blessed day! ~ Teri
