One of the better made apps
Not just a web wrapper, this feels native and all the functions work as you’d expect. Honestly one of the better made apps compared to other banking apps which give long loading screens, functions fail, no obvious route to doing banking actions.
App just gets worse and worse
They lost our debit card transactions, we can only view the last fifty transactions on the mobile app, tried logging in online on a browser and nope, it’s not there either. Called their service line and that’s all they can see as well. Guess we will have to request a paper copy of our statement and see if that works???
Time to switch banks, this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I used to love this credit union and actually refer people here because of the great service.
This used to be my most used interface with the bank, it did everything I needed it to, now it’s just frustrating and glitchy

Complete garbage app
In comparison to the other app this one does not even compare.
Really just the worst app and bank
Terrible and inadequate. I would close my account today if it wasn’t more trouble than it’s worth. The app, their online help, in person, all of it. Please just go into peace work and shut down.
Unfortunate
Well, this is unfortunate. Was a great app. As someone who uses the app with many sub accounts for budgeting, this is no longer enjoyable. I cannot organize my accounts anymore and there are so many glitches. My app keeps freezing or randomly logging out right in the middle of making a transfer. I used to be able to start a transfer and go check an account to see the transaction cost and go back to the transfer and have it right where I left off, now I have to re enter everything and if it doesn’t log off or freeze I can make the transfer. Sorry ICU but if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. In my opinion you broke what was working just fine. Disappointed.

They have taken hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees from me, why can’t they have a decent app? The ability to lock your debit card, a very basic feature, is still not in the app.
Not a good app.
Basic without any ability to check on or link multiple accounts in the same bank. Major error, will be changing bank because of the app.

I get an application. Error even after deleting app and downloading again. I’ve also talked to employees at the bank and they don’t understand why. I have to go through website only rather than using mobile app

Camera does not work with apple update
The deposit feature does not work with the recent apple update. The camera is blurry and instructs me to rotate the camera. Unable to get the camera to work.

Camera won’t even open, it would be faster to drive to the bank than try to use the check deposit lately.

iPhone Mobile Banking Check Deposit
It was great until the recent update. Are you guys ever going to fix this problem? I can no longer cash checks on the app. It goes to a blurry screen that tells me to rotate my phone and obviously, since I’m complaining. Doesn’t work. Please fix this issue.
Pretty please fix mobile deposit capture
App just freezes at “rotate device to capture image” message. Been over a month & still no fix.
Worked fine before iPhone update
Unfortunately you can no longer do mobile check deposit if you have the newest version update for iPhone. All it does when you open the camera to take a picture is show a blurry full screen. They kept giving me directions to trick the camera, it doesn’t work no matter which way I keep moving the camera. And you can’t even go back to the home page, I have to force close the whole app. So now I have to go to a shared bank since I moved from my hometown last year, and it’s just a pain. Good thing my job does direct deposit but I got a check for my bday I’ve been trying to deposit. Why do these updates seem to ruin our phones rather than help? Riddle me that one.
