Disappointed

I’ve been using this app for a year now. And I’ve added in beginning of September an unlimited 3 month calls which supposed to last till December. Today during the conversation it just disconnected and it said my limit is over. :( so I’ve contacted the InexPHONE and had a very disappointed answer, that parentally I’ve not activated the packet , which I did. So sad you are just letting the good customers go 😞
