The INFINITI Personal Assistant service is by far the best white glove concierge offering in existence. I’ve been using it for a while now and I’m blown away. The app makes it easier to make requests and lets you view and search your entire history of requests. If you have the service, get this app.

Having a 24/7 personal assistant that comes with your car is amazing. It literally feels like your personal assistant is just waiting for you to call and ask for assistance. And call you will. It's outstanding.

Excellent Service
The service Infiniti offers is outstanding. The people who answer the phones are great and make me feel like part of the family. They have helped me with almost anything you can think off from restaurant reservations to scheduling service appts. This is a must have for any Infiniti owner.

App Question
Have you all tried to uninstall and reinstall after the last update? I have an iPhone 6 and the app works just fine however I had updated the app after the latest install.
Useless UX
The review notes state "optimized for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.". Optimizing usually doesn't entail overlaying all of the US components on top of each other so that none can be used, or even read correctly.
None of the Infiniti apps are very well written but this one is just plain sloppy and unprofessional.

Yep, app ruined with the latest update. I expect A LOT more out of a luxury brand. Go hire some developers that actually know what they are doing, for all of your apps. Infiniti Connection is deplorable as well.
Unusable
This app is unusable with the new update on an iPhone 6 Plus S. Three prompts come up at once every time I open the app and makes it impossible to clear.
Broke app even more
This app now works even less with the iphone 6 since this update. Nothing is responding inside the app.

The app will not allow me to enter all 10 numbers of my phone number to log in so I'm unable to use the app!! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no avail.

Does not work at all

Crummy Service
For a service that is suppose to be geared towards helping customers, I found them to be disinterested and unhelpful. I felt like I was bothering them when I called. My dealer paid for 4 years of this and I won't use them anymore.
Landscape support
Would be nice if it supported landscape mode! I hate typing in portrait mode. Very hard to type fast and accurately.
Pointless app
Seriously, why did Infiniti spend money making this app? There is nothing you can do with it that isn't more convenient by just picking up your phone.
