Can’t register.

Would have given 0 stars but not an option. I can’t even register, it says that the e-mail (and I tried 2 different accounts) was deleted at the request of the customer. How can I delete something that has never been entered?

Great device

Great device just wish there was a easy way for me to read back-and-forth. What’s on the device SD card that is inserted also, can’t find their website. Hopefully, everything is OK.

Purchased this decide, tried to set it up, by logging in and registering an email and it tells me owner of this email requested it be closed…. NO… I haven’t… never even got to use it.

Absolute rubbish

What the hell is this product even supposed to be? A pseudo alternative backup device, that is left wide open for anyone who can connect to access your data? I can’t even see how it is supposed to backup? Is anything supposed to happen with this thing? Do not waste your time or money on this absolute pile of garbage!

Don’t buy the infinitikloud wireless. It is crap that does not work.

Not with an iPad

Absolute rubbish, and costly. No screen information from the Infiniti thing, and made worse by expensive apple connecting equipment.
Instructions obscure. User instruction virtually non existent. This device may work with IOS, but not easily. I have tried for 6 weeks since taking delivery, with next to no progress.
Back in the box, and off to the local rubbish skip. Or throw it all on a ditch, that will be satisfying in a way.

Infinitikloud app

Terrible customer service, I've tried contacting them by chat, text and email. No response.

I'm unable to transfer photos to the apps storage. My only option is to store on internal storage. Can't drag iPhone or iPad to infinitikloud storage. It's not available.

Can't get any help. If no response, will return device for refund.
