Unable to transfer funds, no reply from support

This wallet shows a lot of promise; however, I have unfortunately been unable to transfer my ADA for about 2 weeks now. I get an error message citing “short term network issues” and my funds are trapped. I have now emailed support twice with no response.

There are plenty of reputable wallets around, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this one.

You are warned

Update they will lie to you by saying that they don’t make any money of the transactions but they obviously do… they app is rarely updated it’s slow and the gas fees is out of control don’t fall for this app they will lock ur funds witch they claim they will never do because you own your keys but the transfer fees are so high that it’s would be like 3 times more that what you’ll be sending, therefore locking your funds up… don’t fall for it they will rip u off then give you a perfectly good explanation on why it’s not they’re fault

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE

I got severely SCAMMED. Could not transfer any of my crypto out of the wallet so I got in contact with support. They took all of my money out and were trying to get me to send 1000 more to get it “unclogged” lost thousands of dollars

Awful support

No one is answering me!! My assets are freezed in this awful wallet i can not transfer i have no access and there no one helping!!!

My account got hacked

I did not notwithdraw money from my wallet in infinito, and I did not give my password to anyone, and I did not receive an email to transfer money. But, 36,250 ADAs have been transferred from my wallet to an unknown address two times without my permission on 9 March 2021. This happened because of the low safety and security of Infinito, and I have reached customer service several times but they have not supported me, and they have not answered me at all!
I have checked the hacker’s wallet, which my Cardano transferred to that, and I found out there are several other transactions from other people’s wallets at the same time to that wallet.
I am sure that no one does not have my password and other security information, and private key. Besides, my wallet is accessible with my fingerprint. I have trusted this application because of its high security, and now I am surprised that how someone hacked my account! They should be responsible and return my asset to my wallet as soon as possible.

We deeply feel the same sadness that such things happened, however, it is not something we can help at the moment. We can support you by providing evidences for you to take any legal act against the hacker.

Terrible

These people are the worst app unstable, customer service is nonexistent. I staked Cosmos with them and have been trying for a couple of weeks to get it unstaked. Have requested support every way possible and not one response. Beware because if something goes wrong you are on your own.

SCAM

They will still your crypto and try to make you send more money to your wallet to STEAL THAT AS WELL. BE CAREFUL AND ACTUALLY READ ABOUT THIS WALLETT. NEVER GIVE THE ADA CARDONA.

Scam scam -

The wallet is unstable and I got no response from the customer service whatever. Please don’t put your coins in this wallet, they stole your coins and ignore you. I deposited my coins the first week of this month February 2021. I staked ATOMs just like instructed. Since the staking I got a few times reward less than $3 dollars. Yesterday I woke up and all my ATOMs are gone 🥲. Professionally a response within 24 hours should be correct. You need to take care of your investment, I just want to share my experience because I am super 😡.

Not Working And “Live Support” is not answering anything

Where is your 24/7 live support I’ve messaged/emailed your emails and live chat and nothing back you guys sure took my bitcoin deposit but now I can’t send anything ??? And no one from “live support” is answering!!! What is happening are you guys scamming? Please help

Actualizar App

La aplicación estaba funcionando muy bien hasta que actualicé a la última versión, de ahí para acá no actualiza los precios ni el saldo, un desastre total, llevo días esperando que corrijan el problema y nada, una lástima porque era una Wallet perfecta, ahora tuve que cambiar para otra, gracias
