I have been using Poloniex since 2015 and I absolutely love it and have never had a problem with them. They give me free coupons for a Free Futures play every month basically. Also one of the only exchanges tha have Futures and high leverage

Больше двух лет отвечают что разбираются, а по факту, сплошной обман,делают липовые взломы своей биржи ради того что украсть активы клиентов, попал больше чем на 500к. Им было все доказано, ошибку признали, а деньги не вернули. Что еще ждать от китайцев

Illegal block
Just blocked my wallet and already for six months tech support doesn’t tell the reason and time of solving it he problem
Useless Support
It has been 2 month since I opened a support case and I received one general advice to "try" something, but my follow up question has been ignored even after a follow up. That is a very poor customer experience.
